Deposit Only - 2010-06-17 11:31:25

Just because checks had deposit only stamped on them does not lessen this at all. Elliott should step down, find another job or be fired immediately if not sooner. Cohen needs to hire someone who can do this job efficiently and effectively. The idea that standard practice would be to put a deposit bag ON TOP of a vault is ridiculous. Just how much more incompetent could a person be and still hold this job?

This gives me complete and utter faith in the Braintrust working at City Hall.
