Home Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, last week purchased Annapolis Roads, a 282-unit apartment complex off Edgewood Road, at a cost of $32.5 million. Part of the deal was financed with a $20.1 million loan.
A few weeks earlier, Lexin Capital LLC snatched up The Landing at Spa Creek phase of Spa Cove, totaling 242 units, for $23.3 million.
