"It's done for the benefit of the school, really, and in most cases it works out very well," said Susan Errichiello, president of the county administrators union and principal of Belvedere Elementary School in Arnold.
Moving to another school "depends on how you feel about your climate and your culture. Sometimes you're looking for another challenge," she said.
