Cute, colorful and chic in Franklin Manor

Sarah and Adam Gregory have been married for five years, but they've still got that "newlywed glow." The two are also Anne Arundel newbies. A little more than a year ago, they moved from an Arlington apartment to a 1,114-square-foot cottage in the Franklin Manor community of Churchton.

"We traded watching Arlington car traffic for this home. As soon as we opened the door, we loved it. It's an adorable 1950s cottage," said Sarah, 24. "Now, we sit on the end of the community pier and watch boat traffic. We do it nearly every day. Our puppy, Miss Pearl, forces us to go out and explore."
