Most speakers at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in Arnold yesterday quietly commemorated King's March on Washington on Aug. 28, 1963, when King delivered his famous "I Have a Dream" speech at the Lincoln Memorial. But some went beyond a solemn remembrance, calling yesterday's rally by conservative TV commentator Glenn Beck at the same site an affront to civil rights and a threat to democracy.

Glad that people are teaching the true meaning of what Dr.King stood for. Dr. King gave his life for what he believed in. Young keep his dream alive and let no one distort what Dr. King did for all people.
