  • Education: Master's degree from Loyola College.

Orphans' Court

Nancy C. Phelps

  • Party: Republican.

  • Occupation: Orphans' Court judge and real estate agent.
  • Family: Married, one adult child.

Gordon H. Witherspoon

  • Party: Republican.
  • Age: Undisclosed.
