The sentence was in line with a plea agreement 22-year-old Francis Eugene Adams entered into last month for the May 29 attacks on Debra Lynn Gill and Clayton Baublitz. I find it hard to believe any Anne Arundel Court would hand out this type of sentence. All I can say is: Yeah, thats the way. Get tough with sentencing, and get the perps off the street.
