Ralph Leroy Tongue, Jr., a resident of Abilene, Texas, died Nov. 9 of injuries that he received from an automobile incident.
Mr. Tongue was born Sept. 22, 1985 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis to Ralph Leroy Tongue, Sr. and Mary Eleanor Jackson. He attended Edgewater Elementary, Central Middle, South River High school, Rapture Institute of Learning and graduated with high honors from Chesapeake Christian School in October 2003.
