Stephen Joseph Cirri, 77, of Millersville died of lung disease Nov. 14 in his home.
Mr. Cirri was born Dec. 23, 1930, in Sykesville.
He was a Baltimore City police officer and acting sergeant for 33 years until he retired in 1992.
He served in the Air Force from 1951 to 1955.
