Elinor Clark Cloukey, 93, of Annapolis, died Nov. 17.
Mrs. Cloukey was born Oct. 8, 1915 in Lima, Ohio to the late Walter Dale Clark and Bessie Rich Clark. She was a graduate of the Punxatawney High School in Punxatawney, Pa.
During World War II, she served in the USO and on April 20, 1944 she married the late Kenneth Carroll Cloukey in Pittsburgh, Pa. She moved to Annapolis in 1955 when her husband’s Defense Department job was consolidated at Ft. Meade.
