Terence “Turtle” James Covington, Sr., 25, died from a fatal shooting in Odenton on Nov. 16. Mr. Covington was born Sept. 25, 1983 at Anne Arundel Medical Center to Gwendolyn Coates and James Covington, Jr. He attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools.
