B&A Trail

Riding the B&A Trail

Pete Halamandaris, of Severna Park, uses a hand-cranked "Freedom Rider" to cruise along the B&A Trail in Severna Park, in 2008.

The B&A Trail Park stretches from Jonas Green Park in Annapolis to Dorsey Road in Glen Burnie, Maryland, covering an old railroad bed. The Earleigh Heights Ranger Station is located in Severna Park with available parking. A gazebo, horticultural gardens and park benches are found at the Hatton-Regester Green property in Severna Park. Numerous flowerbeds, all tended by volunteers, grace the park grounds.
