	<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Navy starting quarterback Ricky Dobbs looked outstanding in practice yesterday, running with no obvious discomfort and throwing some great passes. Niumatalolo, a former quarterback at the University of Hawaii, was born in the same town (Laie, Hawaii) where Manti Te&#39;o and Notre Dame&nbsp;teammate Roby Toma are from. Both&nbsp;players from Hawaii know the coach very well, Brian Te&#39;o said.</span> ]]></description>
