<description><![CDATA[A 14-year-old Crofton boy most likely died last month because he was slapped and punched by two other teens, not because he fell off his bike, a county police detective testified in court Wednesday.
<p>The detective told a District Court judge in Annapolis that it appeared the assault ruptured a blood vessel in the back of Christopher David Jones&#39; neck, allowing him to pedal only about 30 feet away from his assailants before he collapsed.</p>...</p>
