Edgewater Scout Pack 815 holds Pinewood Derby

The Edgewater Scout Pack 815 held their 2012 Pinewood Derby and Chili Cook-Off on Jan. 29 at LondonTowne Community Hall in Edgewater. This year was their most competitive race ever, with more than 40 cars participating in the race.

It was an exciting day for Cub Scout Pack 853 out of Shady Side, as they went to BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport on Dec. 29 to welcome more than 200 American servicemen and women who were returning home to the United States.
